Why Time travel (at least backwards) is not possible – The Philosophy of: minutephysics and the Grandfather Paradox

Time travel’s a tough nelly. And largely because Time only goes in one direction. And maybe that’s enough to prove that traveling backwards in it is not possible.

Well, this paradox from minutephysics is something that could make the whole thing at least a bitch to do, makes the whole idea a non-starter, and ultimately maybe impossible:
