Happiness is a choice. And the same thing goes for whether you decide to focus on your fears and anxieties for the future, things you can’t control, things you don’t have and the negative things in your life OR on the positives in it, what you do control, what you do have and the work you’ve done to become the person you are today.
It’s a choice. And it’s a crucial choice because whichever of those two sides–those two wolves– you feed… that’s the wolf that survives.
