Tim Ferriss says that a person’s success in life is measured by the amount of difficult conversations they have (with others, but I’d also say with yourself, considering this). And I’d also add that the conversations have to be honest.
And confrontations often fall right into that difficult conversation pile.
But they don’t need to.
Talking about things like two human beings (not like this), before they descend to an unbearable, aggressive, or just plain nuts situation like 2 humans can prevent a confrontation. Discussion dissolves confrontation.
